Corn starch, sugar, artificial vanilla flavor (Ethyl vanillin), aspartame* acesulfame potassium, Silicon dioxide, iodized salt, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid (vitaminin C), FDad Yellow No. 5, niacinamide, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, FD&C Yellow No. 6, thiamine mononitrate, vitamin A acetate and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). *PHENYLKETONURICS: CONTAINS PHENYLALANINE.

1. Mix 1 tablespoon of atole with 1 cup of milk.
2. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
