We are headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, with additional offices strategically located in California, Florida, New Jersey and Maryland, in order to meet all the needs of the multicultural market in the United States.

What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a multicultural selection of high quality food products, including cookies, nuts, powdered drinks, coffee, chocolates, pasta, snacks, and hot sauces.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $65 within eligible U.S. locations.

Are there locations excluded from free shipping?

Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is the shipping cost for orders under $65?

Orders below $65 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $20.

Can my order be canceled?

Yes. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if unusual activity, reseller behavior, or inventory issues are detected.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

A valid physical address is required for all deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What happens if I enter a PO Box as my shipping address?

Your order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled. Orders without a valid physical shipping address are subject to cancellation and will be fully refunded.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier’s processing schedule. Tracking updates will be provided once your order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return food products?

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept physical returns.

When can I request a refund or replacement?

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive an incorrect product.

How do I submit a claim for a damaged or incorrect item?

Claims must be submitted within 8 days of delivery. Please email onlinesales@cordialsausa.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the external shipping box

How are refunds processed?

Once approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
