Ingredients: Corn starch, sugar, artificial flavor, aspartame (sweetener), acesulfame potassium, silicon dioxide, iodized salt, maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate (Vitamin C), FD&C Red 40, ferric pyrophosphate (Iron), niacinamide (Vitamin B3), zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Vitamin A acetate, folic acid, and cobalamin (Vitamin B12).

1. Mix 1 tablespoon of atole with 1 cup of milk.
2. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
3. Serve hot and enjoy, or prepare on the stove by dissolving the mixture into boiling milk for 2 minutes while stirring.
