Claims and Refund Policy

Upon receipt of the product, customers have a window of 8 days to lodge any complaints or claims regarding the received item. Beyond this timeframe, the company will not entertain any requests for refunds or product reshipments.

All claims must be submitted within the specified 8-day period from the date of product receipt. Any claims made thereafter will not be considered eligible for refund or replacement.

Damages, Defects, and Issues 
We only issue refunds or replacements if items arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Because returning the physical item is strictly prohibited, you must provide visual proof of the issue. Please email us at onlinesales@cordialsausa.com within the 8-day window including the following information:

- Your Order Number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged/defective product and the external shipping box.

Once we review your claim and the provided evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved claims will result in either a replacement of the product or an automatic refund applied to your original payment method.
