  • 1 Pound (16 Oz) of Doria Spaghetti
  • Marinara sauce to taste
  • Chata Chilorio Pork Pouch 8.8 Oz
  • 1-2 tsp of Mexico Lindo Picante Negra Xxxtra Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese


  • Prepare the Doria pasta al dente.
  • Add Chilorio Chata to the marinara sauce along with 1-2 tsp of Mexico Lindo hot sauce, reserve.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  • In a pan or mold that you can take to the oven, cover with a layer of the sauce, transfer the pasta to the pan/mold and cover with more sauce.
  • Place a good layer of cheddar cheese and finally the Parmesan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • To finish, set the oven to broil and let it brown for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
